Live General Yoga

General yoga class consists of intermediate yoga poses. In this class We practice 12 rounds of Surya Namaska (sun salutations). Poses are held for longer as the practice allows you to gain a deeper understanding of your body in relation to yoga. Pranayama (Breathing techniques) and Shivasana (deep relaxation) included. If you are unsure if this level of class is for you, you can try beginners yoga first then try a general yoga class. Both classes are beneficial irrespective of the level you're at.

What to bring to your live yoga class:

- A yoga mat

- A bottle of water

If you do not have a yoga mat you can purchase one from the studio for $30.
