Zoom Tibetan Sound Bath


WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?  

A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body.

Through the use of mantras and Tibetan sound bowls, you are fully immersed in a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. A sound bath session is usually extremely relaxing.

What’s involved?

You will log into zoom. Quality of Sound Bath will depend on your home audio setup. Some people prefers AirPods, others don’t. Bookings for zoom are closed off 30 min prior to starting time. Make sure you book early
