WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?

A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body.

Through the use of mantras and Tibetan sound bowls, you are fully immersed in a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. A sound bath session is usually extremely relaxing.

What do I bring?
Bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow and an eye pillow. In the colder months, please bring what you need to keep warm. If you forget, the studio has everything.
